News: Jack on the Job...

[February 2015]
I have spent some of this new year's winter days working on an interesting bathroom project.  As always, it is a joy to transform the home owner's ideas on an old space and make it a fresh, functional part of their home to enjoy for years to come.

[October 2014]
I have been hard at work on one of my, literally, biggest projects yet.  This 9+ acre property started the summer as a pine and scrub covered, plot of land.  The first step was clearing the ground scrub, overgrowth, and thinning the tree stand to make the acreage more fire-resistant in the event of a forest fire.  Then leveling the site of the structure, setting the supports, raising the roof, and then adding siding.  It has been a big project, but quite enjoyable since I get to end each day watching the sun go down on the lake.

[September 2012]
Aloha from Maui, Hawai'i.  I am currently on a "working vacation" overhauling the BBQ area of a Kihei condominium complex.  The old campground style grills and worn out tables are being replaced with new propane grills, commercial grade tables, and new landscaping.  The biggest part of the project includes installation of additional bench seating and grill counter surrounds, all stamped with a lava rock finish, and adding an ADA accessibility access for grilling and tables.  What an improvement!

[July 2012]

Been hard at work on an backyard deck expansion.  This new deck and bench seating, built with composite materials and expert craftsmanship will provide years of outdoor enjoyment for my clients.

[January 2012]

Just finished placing the last of thousands of river rocks in this custom flooring of the Gift Shop at Cat Tales Zoological Park.  Well worth the intricate work for such a splendid finished product.
